My Story
I hit rock bottom...hard. After more than 40 years living my life to please others, everything came crashing down around me. My marriage disintegrated. I was a stranger to my son. I was disconnected from life.
In the midst of therapy, I had a breakthrough: I was still trying to please my mother, even as I was trying to find MY OWN JOY.
Once I understood the importance of the mother-daughter wound, and that it is often deep for so many women, I was able to NOT BLAME my mother for my pain.
With this knowledge, I took the first powerful steps to reset and unleash my true authentic being into the world with confidence and determination.
IT HAS BEEN A LONG JOURNEY, but now my smile comes from the depths of my whole being.
